Week 2 end (Day 15)

This was my weight this morning: 216.3 pounds. That's 2.5 pounds gained. I'm saddened by this but my resolve is not broken. I have nothing more to say. I can and will do better.


  1. You can and you will. Don't be sad. Just use it. You know you don't want to feel like this again, and you know what you need to work on and change for next week. YOU CAN DO IT!!

  2. What have you learned from this? That's what's important; that you learn from less-than-successful choices you made.

  3. Thanks. Everything is a learning experience. If it was easy then we wouldn't be in this mess.
